We have made some essential precautions to make your holiday safe, precisely because one of our priorities is the safety of our Guests and our staff.

EVERY DAY WE COMMIT TO:

• Sanitize the room at each departure to ensure the next guest a hygienic
• Maintain a proper preventive behavior to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols and safe environment
• Clean and sanitize common areas several times a day
• Ensure and enforce safety distance
• Sanitize several times a day all surfaces of greatest contact (such as the reception desk, the elevators and the button panels, the handles, the switches, the handrails, the bathrooms of the common areas)
• Assign yourself an individual electronic card for access to your room for the duration of your stay.
• Offer hand sanitizer dispenser in all common areas
• Keep the right distance between the tables in the dining room at the restaurant
• Constantly aerate all environments
• Make disposable gloves and masks available to our guests
• Being as welcoming as ever :) 

ROOMS

• Guaranteed cleaning and disinfection thanks to the specific products for surfaces and floors
• Sanitization of incoming rooms with specific equipment and ecological products with low environmental impact
• Cleaning of the air conditioning filters of the rooms at each new arrival with appropriate certified sanitizing products

BEACH AND POOL

• On the beach and in the swimming pool, the required spacing will be guaranteed, in addition to the sanitization of sunbeds, walkways and other materials, using eco-friendly products with low environmental impact
• The reservation of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach will be managed free of charge directly by the Hotel through a special Application
• In the swimming pool, as usual, we will carry out a daily check of the water parameters and chlorine level to ensure continuous disinfection through electronic control units

TRANSFER SERVICE

• Private Transfer service available by reservation to and from the airports with compliance with all hygiene and sanitation rules for driver and vehicle

STAFF

• A training program on all the prevention and protection measures for all the members of staff will be implemented to guarantee their own and all guests’ safety
• Strict procedures for suppliers and technical assistance firms accessing the Hotel are already in place
